This new development is part of phase one of a series of industrial buildings along the Noord River in Hendrik Ido Ambacht.

 

The building is split into two parts (3500 m2 + 2500 m2). The left part will be used for HSP rentals. The right piece will soon be for rent.

 

Special features are the partly cantilevered offices to maintain a building zone facade line with other buildings in the street and to be able to realise enough parking.

The roof skylights face north, and the south side will be used to place photovoltaic cells.
