House in Pijnacker

 

The client had the wish to realise a living kitchen. The current kitchen was dated but mostly too small.

 

In this design, we have used part of the garage for the development and an extension on the side.  The connection with the existing house is made through a small breakthrough where the kitchen used to be. Now, a sliding door can separate the television room from the new living room.

We have not only designed the extension, but also the kitchen. We signed for the colour and light design. The kitchen has been produced and assembled by a specialised furniture manufacturer. (Brandhof de Meern). The expansion was realised by Lispet Construction Company from Delft.

As you can see, it has become a warm space where the owners have become delighted.
