An excellent and small example of apartments above shops in the city centre. A perfect and safe entrance to the renovated house has been realised through a fire-resistant facade between the store and the stairs. They still share the same monumental front door!

The attic, in particular, has been transformed with a new dormer window that gives a lot of light and space to the traditional attic floor.
